Wow. Glad I don't go there. I'd be the first one to applaud when their sorry butts left, but yes, they do have the right to free speech (as stupid as their speech is). Here we have a special "free speech area" where anyone can stand, picket, or whatever as long as they don't disturb the peace and do not physically harm anyone. If they leave this area while protesting they are subject to arrest. If they stuck to the rules and did not physically harm anyone, I really don't see (constitutionally) how the university can prevent them from being an org. Now getting sponsorship from another campus org? Not their right. If they can't get it, then tough cookies. However, I'm afraid that they would exist no matter what, on or off campus, with or without being sponsered by the university.
Diversity does not always mean universal tolerance. I think people forget that sometimes.
