the only prob i have is where you put down what you ate and what all the nutritional values are.
in my journal, i i'll be putting down what i ate through the day and what exercises i've done. does shopping count??? hehe
i've been doing pull ups and i'm able to do one by myself and if my bf helps, i can do 3. he said that's impressive that i can do one, cause not many girls can do em

i'm gonna start going to the gym, but have been doing bench presses here at home. i have a LOT to lose

i'm not gonna get to my goal by my b-day though
