I'm in. I've lost about a net of about 25 lbs since February. At my "peak" I had lost 28 lbs, so a gain of about 3 lbs is not too bad, I just want to make sure I don't completely fall off the wagon and gain it back so the accountability will be good for me. My co-workers and I did a fitness challenge from Feb - April and it really helped. The $300.00 on the table for the winner didn't hurt either, and I sooooo enjoyed taking their money!!
I'd like to lose an additional 20 - 25 lbs.
As a suggestion, it was helpful for me and my coworkers to state our next week's goals during our weekly weigh-in. We did our weigh-ins on Fridays and went through 4 questions:
*This is what I did WELL this week
*This was a CHALLENGE for me this week:
* These are my GOALS for next week
*This is how you can SUPPORT me (Although this one will be hard since we are not together. Our "support" came in the form of reminders for water breaks, 15 minute "walk breaks" in the afternoons, bringing in healthy snacks, etc.)
