I don't see how this is going to stop teens from trying to get tan. All they are gonna do is go out in the sun bare-skinned for hours on end. Isn't that worse than 8 minutes in a booth.
I am all for the Mystic Tan. No UV garbage. The only problem is that you become a nice shade of Seacrest-Orange.
I guess beggers can't be chosers.
