Yesterday another of my cousins died from complications with sickle cell anemia.
One of my relatives and I were discussing how sickle cell research is not as well funded as some other diseases (ie. AIDS) since it primarily affects people of color. I wanted to know which, if any, greek letter organizations donates money for sickle cell research.
