Congrats!!!

I know the feeling! I am currently 23 weeks pregnant (also with my 1st) and I couldn't wait for the morning (a.ka. all day) sickness to end!

I found that cutting a lemon in 1/2 and smelling it would help.

Honestly though, for the first 3 months I hardly ate anything but strawberry jello and saltine crackers. I never had more than the nausea though...hopefully you won't either.

Best advice I got, was not to let my stomach be empty. I always felt the worst on an empty stomach. Also--don't be afraid to let your husband pamper you a little as well as do things for himself. There's nothing worse than cooking a meal when you feel like dirt. Don't feel bad at all about coming home from work and heading straight for bed!!

But once you get through the 1st trimester...things will likely settle down and you'll be back to your normal eating self.

Good luck!!
Congrats!!
