I've been thinking, and I've come up with a solution to Israel. Just make it into different states. LIke the west bank would be its own state, Jerusalem, etc, and then at the state level people decide whats up and if you don't like then just move to a different state. They tried this Nigeria and there is almost no more tribal conflict there anymore. Because each tribe has its own state. I'm serious, Federalism works.
