I think it's probably sleep... because... although I know it feels like it (I'm *almost* there myself) 25 IS NOT OLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

you sound stressed out too when you have other stuff on your mind you can get all mixed up with routine things. I think you need to do something relaxing and get some more sleep. I just read a study that missing even 2 hours of sleep effects you as much as having 2 alcholic drinks in your system.
