Ah okay.
Tofu maybe? And endame beans... mmm, those are good. Pretty much any appetizer you can get at a sushi bar is good.
But if you are going vegan, I would DEFINITELY try out places like Whole Foods and/or Trader Joes. I dont know if they have them in Canada, but they gotta have something similar. They have a lot of vegan choices.
And of course, suppliments.
