Two things:
1) I think it's awesome that Tara called Jesse out on his behavior. Obviously we don't know what went on behind closed doors - and yes it takes two - but, if he slept with her knowing that her was likely going to pick someone else, that's just wrong. It was refreshing to see someone comment on the fact that the Bachelors/Bachelorettes kiss/sleep with/say they care, and have little regard for the discarded people's feelings.
2) I thought it was tacky that Jessica was standing in the open window watching Jesse and Tara. I don't know if she was able to hear - and granted she could see it all on TV later - but that was rude.
