I'm big on thank you notes, congratulations notes, cards, etc. in my personal life and in sorority/Panhellenic matters. I'm not very good at doing it when it comes to professional matters, though! I think I've only sent a couple after interviews. I don't really know what to say in them. Then again, I suck at cover letters, too.
