I was thinking of trying the south ebach diet too. But I find with diets my insulin level changes and I am always low (which I hate), part of the reason I don't stick to diets.

Try lowering (significantly) your insulin levels. Check with your doctor first though. The reason my doc didn't want me losing too much weight was because insulin works different when there is less fat for insulin to absorb into. Or something. (Yeah... that made sense Jen...
