I was thinking of trying the south ebach diet too. But I find with diets my insulin level changes and I am always low (which I hate), part of the reason I don't stick to diets.
Try lowering (significantly) your insulin levels. Check with your doctor first though. The reason my doc didn't want me losing too much weight was because insulin works different when there is less fat for insulin to absorb into. Or something. (Yeah... that made sense Jen... )


ETA: And in case any of y'all wanna know more about what we are gabbing about here are the definitions for Type 1 Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes
