There are different types of diabetic treatments and I have heard of type 2 diabetics taking shots, but many just stick to a pill.

Maybe I should go try south beach...

I found out yesterday that I gained all the weight back that I had originally lost. It was weird. Like everytime I step on a scale, I am a pound heavier. I am getting a little freaked out because my blood sugars are going nuts so I called my endocronologist. Hopefully she gets back to me soon. But for now I am gonna stick to the diet my trainer at the gym gave me and give up my morning starbucks run... because during lent I lost weight. (and gave up starbucks...)
Yep. Type 2 diabetics who require insulin shots usually do so because there blood sugars are out of control.
When I was diagnosed the stat was 1 in 600-800.

I was thinking of trying the south ebach diet too. But I find with diets my insulin level changes and I am always low (which I hate), part of the reason I don't stick to diets.
