Well the only reason I'm not filling up is because I'd have to..the only way to really affect the stockpiles is for people to go without gas for a long period of time i.e. start really car pooling or using mass transit and letting our cars sit...
but I guess this is a way to symbolically vent our frustrations about the gas prices...although it won't really do anything
