Okay, i have pretty straight hair but it holds curl pretty well. I mix gel, hand lotion (jergens works wonders) and Biosilk (available at beauty supply stores) in my hand and scrunch it through my hair. I then kind of dry my hair but not all the way and then put my hair into a messy bun. It takes practice but you'll figure out which way your hair looks the best. Okay that is the least times consuming way for those curls. If you're going out I recommend putting some sort of snti frizz product in your hair and blowdrying without really styling your hair. Then take a curling iron and wrap your hair around the iron without putting the ends in and do this all over. Depending on your hair cut it will give a cute deconstructed wavy look. It takes a while to do but it's worth it. I recommend having some layers to get the look your going for (not that I am an expert !) Good luck, practice is the best way to get the look you want. I've experimented a lot and this works for me! Hope it helps!
