No bangs here.
I was traumatized as a child when my mother took me to a hairdresser who sold her on a bowl cut for me. I think the hairdresser did this because short hair needs to be cut more often.
I hated the look, and I was the ONLY girl with short hair in my kindergarten class, if not my entire school. (This was in the late '70s.)
When I was finally allowed to pick my own hairstyle, the first thing I did was grow out the bangs from the bowl cut. Haven't had bangs since. (well, not
that sort of bangs...
)
