Yes, I have a tight little smile on my face this morning. The Lakers showed they can throw the switch on and win four straight (helped, of course, by Derek Fisher and a timely shot).
But there are still eight wins left to go before a new championship trophy can be hoisted. I'm pleased that the Lakers closed the Spurs out in six games for rest purposes. And I have no preference whether the Lakers play the Kings or the Timberwolves (although I think they can steal a game at the Target Center).
Also, I don't want to see the Lakers come back from another 2-0. The West is too good a conference.
Shaq didn't score as much as I like to see him do so,

but he provided great board work, blocked shots and caused some altering of shots. Other than TD, no Spur starter stepped it up.
