TO the VP of HR: Don't preach process and procedure and the value and need to follow it and then go outside of that policy to hire your (white male) friend. Naw, we ain't stupid and when you do stuff like this it's like you are saying, "Please sue me! I want to give you some of my money!" Don't you know we work in HR too? Do you think we know the laws? Two words for you: Adverse Impact.
