			What a great idea!!

Name: Carolyn "CJ" Moore
Chapter/Year Initiated: Eta Kappa Chapter _ North Carolina State University, Founding Sister (#50): November 17, 2002.
Major: Sociology and Elementary Education.
Year Graduated: Class of 2004 baby (Spring)!!
Offices held: director of e-communications.
Favorite DG memory(ies): Three stand out above the others...when my mom pinned me at initiation; when I met Andrea and Noreen and the other Eta girls at Akronl; and when my best girlfriend (and sister), Meredith, pulled me into the kitchen at the DG house before chapter one night and told me she got engaged...she told me before the candle pass because she couldn't hold it in. I will be her Maid of Honor!!
Favorite DG tradition/event: From a young chapter, there aren't as many set traditions or events...we held Anchor Splash(r) for the first time this year and it was a BLAST!!
Big/Little(s): My twin sister is Kristy D'Andrea and my lil' is Alison Lain Smith (Class of 2007).
Silly awards given to you by your chapter:Delta NERD!!! (it was such an honor!!) hehe.
What you plan on doing within the next 5 years:I'll be teaching elementary school in Wake County, NC. After of year of getting settled in my classroom, I'll pick up part time masters classes at UNC-Chapel Hill. Once I am done with my masters (approx. 3 years), I'll stop teaching and go full time working on my PhD. Then I'd like to teach at the University level.
Who influenced you the most in your chapter? Most in DG is my mom...but most in my chapter is my best girlfriend, Meredith Turnbull...but Season Hughes comes in a VERY CLOSE second.
If you could change anything, what would it be?I probably would have gone to more mixers...but when I joined DG, I was a junior already, and had a steady boyfriend...I didn't see the point in going to mixers as much...but it would have been fun. I also would have lived in the house...I didn't because I was a senior...but I'll never have that opportunity again. I should have done it.

Then there are friends who sail together, through quiet waters and stormy weather. Helping each other through joy and through strife. And those are the kind who give meaning to life.
