I'm with you. I hate that sound also. We have casual dress (except when the lawyers go to court of course) except for me which is fine but I sit in the front of the office and the sucky thing is secretaries (we have 5) all on occasion wear those things. We have a huge circular office and they walk back and forth a lot, at the minimum 15 times a day. AAARRRGGGHHH
It's enough to drive me mad!
