Some things just aren't cute, and that "Pimp Cup" is definitely not cute. As a Black Woman I am very conscious of how we as a people are perceived in popular culture, and this Pimp, Playa, Hustler and Hoe foolishness had gone way too far (all people of color are not on that page). The fact that someone even thought of the idea of marketing this crap to BGLO & Latino Greek Letter Organizations tells me a lot about what they think of us. I am not trying to turn this into a race discussion, but when I went to that site, I did not see any Caucasians modeling any of the paraphernalia advertised in this SPECIFIC ad. In fact, all of the models were African American or Latino. Did anyone else notice that? I wonder why they chose to use only African American and Latino models in this particular ad? Sorry everyone but I just could not ignore that observation.
Just my 2 cents....

Why would they use Caucasians if they aren't marketing to traditionally Caucasian GLOs? If one wants to reach a certain market, it would make sense to use models who reflect that market, I would think.
