I think it would have happened. It would just have taken a lot longer to do so. Maybe he would have waited till more countries got on board or they got UN backing after giving Iraq even more time. Waiting and building up more Arab countries support might have helped prevent some of the hate we are getting now. I know there has always been hate but there are many levels of it. Going in without most of the worlds support just makes the US look like a bully and doesn't win us any friends.

Kerry and the Democrats supported the war. Sometimes it's easier to look in from the outside and try and pick out little details that were not possible and say that you could have accomplished them, but at the end of the day, you're still just an outsider.
