PnC - I totally undersrand your situation as I'm blinding white - especially my legs early in leg-baring season! However, after worrying about it, and dealing with sunless tanner that always ends up making brown blotches near my ankles, I've had a catharsis! (sp?)...
I'm white as a ghost and there's not much I can do about it. You don't like it? Well, stick it in you ear!!!!!!
