IHQ says that hose are required for the Epsilon Pi Banquet/Initiation. My white shoes that I currently wear for Initiation are thong sandals (they're dressy, though), and I can't wear hose with them. I don't really want to buy new white shoes just for Convention. Is it a big deal if I don't wear hose?
