Make sure to use an image host which allows remote loading (aka hotlinking), so people can see the picture via another site.
Though, that site may have it enabled and the pic may just be offline or not public since you gave a link to the page not the image here.
Anyway, I'd recommend photobucket.com, but there're probably a few others.
