I saw a man with a big bald spot with cornrows going straight back, bypassing the bald spot.
I also saw a dude cut off an ambulance.
And I saw traffic come to a near halt because folks was scared of the cop that ALREADY HAD SOMEBODY PULLED OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate DC drivers...
