Please stop that line of thinking. Your friend is acting the way she is has nothing to do with Delta. Your friend is on a high right now and maybe she is still bonding with her line sisters and prophytes. I am not sure if she is collegiate or alumnae.
Maybe there are other things going on right now. Before I became a Delta and after, there was someone I had been friends with for 2 years who started straight tripping. I was the one who kept trying to keep the lines open but girlfriend was bitter. She claimed it was me.
I forgave her and moved on.
You left her a message. That's all you can do. Don't chase her. I know it hurts but don't blame it on sorority life. A lot of women do the same thing when they get a man or a new set of friends period.
