Sounds exacutly like my undergrad. I remember one fraternity house where I REFUSED to go in the basement because I was seriously scared the house would collapse.
I actually kinda felt bad for some of the fraternities, because during mixers EVERY girl from EVERY sorority felt like it was a good idea to write letters on EVERYTHING (ie walls-esp the bathroom, the floor, the fridge...I even saw a group's name on the cover of the toilet seat.) The only interesting thing was seeing the letter's of sororities that are no longer active (and seeing my old babysitter's name).
