All of the locals on my campus had houses. KAPsi had an "unofficial" house, as did all of the NPC sororities and the IFC fraternities. There wasn't one group on campus that didn't have a house somewhere with letters on it designating it as a fraternity or sorority house. Mind you, many were crap holes, but it sufficed.
