This happened to my car a few weeks ago while I was parked in the parking lot of my apt. complex. I didn't see who did it, but they dented the back of my car, broke my taillight and scratched blue paint all over the side. I'm pretty sure it was an SUV because just below the blue paint there's black -- it looks like where the tire might have been.
