We did have this issue at my school, and to solve the issue, anyone who suicided a group could not COB there. My advice is that you report the incidences of this to your Panhellenic, as well as your chapter/recruitment advisor. Have your advisor contact the Greek Advisor on campus and keep on them. Often times, if chapters are all doing well and Greek Advisors aren't made aware of these incidences, the issue goes unresolved.
