Picture it: A 25 year old woman. She does not, does NOT, DOES NOT want children! (did I say she didn't want to have children in any way shape or form?)
She has known this for ages. She wants to get the baby shop closed. Many doctors will NOT do it because "she might change her mind". I personally have known friends who tried to get the factory closed but because they have not had kids and are under 40, no doctor will do it

Last I heard, you can have it done just about anywhere-except a Catholic hospital perhaps.
