You're right -- truly rapid response. Of course, some of the cannon debris landed in a room in an apartment house across the stret where there were visiting Chinese scholars. We'll probably never know, but perhaps the U.S. State Department and the Chinese Embassy wanted some quick action

The local paper in Columbia MO reports that the third KA Order member was arrested (the police were looking for him and he turned himself in). All three are out on bail. The paper also says that the university will attempt to determine if it was a fraternity-sponsored event.
