I recently had the opportunity to develop a website for a new book entitled, "SOULSTEPPING: African American Step Shows."
The Author, Dr. Elizabeth Fine, has done some excellent research and has produced what is probably the "definitive" book on the origins, development, and politics surrounding stepshows and their growth.
