This is correct. The Delta Nu came from the following...the house that Reese visited (while "researching sorority life" was Alpha Nu chapter of Delta Gamma at the University of Southern California. The producers squished the chapter name and the fraterntiy name together to get Delta Nu (Delta from Delta Gamma and Nu from Alpha Nu) for the movie.

Actually I believe she visited Kappa at USC... but they used the DG house in filming.....
