ZTAngel, if she was fully initiated into ZTA (which according to your post, she was), then her daughters and grand-daughters will be legacies. After all, if she was fully initiated, then she is a ZTA for life, right?

However, I have reason to believe that in order for her to provide a written recommendation for a legacy (or any potential member who is not a legacy), I believe that an alumna member must be deemed to be an alumna member in good standing with the sorority. This would mean that financially speaking, her alum dues are all paid up, etc. (I would say most NPC sororities would be like this...but I could be wrong).

For something like this, definitely go with Pngtrax...not only is she a ZTA also, but she definitely knows her NPC 'lore'.
