3) Sure there are some nutcases which seems to be the loudest. However, I can say that my people vast majority of my people, the Indonesian, do not want to dominate the world. 1) If he had asked for that, then I would. But if in the context of being dominated he asked to fight the group, then that's different. Either way I can play diplomatic games with my wording.
2) Admittedly, I don't know enough about Indonesia. My concerns and interests have never been with Muslims though but Arabs - which makes it an interest of culture, religion, and nationalism.
