Ok, for friends I do think Ross and Rachel will get back together. She will leave to get on the plane and then he will start to leave the gate and she will run back up the tarmac and call his name and they will embrace and all will be good in friends-land. it's so cliche, i know....but it is TV.
i agree about the monica/chandler and the baby being delivered in the last episode. the last scene will be in monica's old apartment with everything in boxes before they move to the new house.
joey will be offered a new gig in LA and plan to move out there. hence, the joey show.
i think the phoebe/mike thing is already over and they will just kind of fade in the background.
i will miss friends when its all over!
