Only child, but I was supposed to be a younger child. My mother had a stillborn about three years before I was born (I would have had an older brother or sister). However, my parents tried to give me a younger sibling. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Yet, I kind of adopted the two children of a family friend as my siblings (they have known me even since I was a baby). My "sister" is 41 going on 42 and my "brother" is 37 going on 38, thus making me the baby of the three of us.
ETA: In my sorority, I am the oldest of 70+ sisters (NMs, Actives and Alumnae). They aren't my sisters by blood, but they're my sisters by heart and spirit!
