I am surprised the march got so little exposure in the media. The one place I found mention of it, ironically, was Fox News, and they said there were 1.15 million marchers and that it is the largest march in history. I think that's great.
On the topic of abortion, I just read this wonderful article which is eminently reasonable and should be, IMHO, read by people on both sides of the issue. It also gives an interesting history of abortion. For instance, did you know that the Catholic Church wasn't against abortion until almost 1900? That until 1900 in America, ads were all over the place, including in church fliers, for solvents that would cause abortion?!? That the group that lobbied to make abortion illegal in the first place, except by medical professionals (The AMA) also were fighting to repeal it just before Roe v Wade? Check it out:
