The committment is whatever you want to make it. We have had several ladies it take it all the way, and some just remain internet sisters.
That is up to you and your imagination. Last time we tried to pair older alums with newer alums and collegians. That helps each of us to lean on each other when we have questions or concerns. This provides a person we can come to and discuss matters, share news, or cry on someone's keyboard.
I hope that explains it better!
