if you paid via credit card you could do a chargeback- call your credit card company if so.

Have you called them? If not, pull their contact info from ebay and give them a call.

You can also file a nonperforming seller report with ebay. You may also want to open a SquareTrade case.
Go to http://pages.ebay.com/help/confidenc...rotection.html for links on how to do those things.

Out of curiousity, what's the item number?

If others are leaving bad feedback, she's probably trying to screw people.

Hell, if you felt like it, even though it's $20 bucks, you could file a complaint with her local police department- what she's doing is fraud. You may want to contact some of the other people she's screwed. If one person files a report for $20 with the police, they'll probably laugh, but the more people that do the more attention they'll pay.

If you want even more advice, post on the ebay discussion boards. But this should give you a good start.
Yeah... it was a money transfer from my checking account. I was reading around the fair trade stuff and i don't think i would have been able to apply for anything anyway because my purchase was for under $25. I mean... I'm out 24 bucks... i can live with that. I just want to get on her ass about it. leaving negative feedback isn't gonna do anything really. and her feedback is real sporadic... she has a lot of positives saying how fast of a shipper she is... guess i got a bad seed.

I have requested contact information and still waiting for that. if that doesn't help, I'll look into square trade.

thanks!
