I thought they filmed this in Savannah, GA. I know that was the setting of the moving.
I'm sure there are no films that have been produced in my little hometown, unless you count parts of the PBS documentary on the Civil Rights movement, Eyes on the Prize.
My adopted hometown of Atlanta...
Humm....I know there have been several, but the one that sticks out the most is
School Daze since it was filmed on the AUC while I was a student. Not a movie, but an episode of the
Cosby Show and the outside shots of
A Different World were filmed on Spelman's campus. Gilbert Hall's facade was the dorm that I lived in my junior year, Bessie Strong Hall.
