Its one of those terms Greeks use that are not shared by the non-greek community. Basically it only applies to those who are members of the Greek community. Don't be offended. If you are seeking membership in a BGLO, you will at the appropriate time learn the personal definition of "spec" from the particular organization you are seeking. Its meaning varies organization to organization.
