I hear you, but should there be a law in place against this? Just because I do not choose to wear my pants in that fashion should not give me the right to dictate how others should wear theirs. If school districts want to put dress codes in place that is one thing, but it is another thing to tell citizens that are walking the streets on their own free will what to wear and how to wear it. This is nowhere near "indecent exposure" or anything like that. This is not a police state and we not operating under martial law. This may not seem to be that big of a deal to some, but it really makes no sense whatsoever to even waste time in sessions discussing this.

Some people are too damn conservative for their own good. What you may not do in your house may not be the same thing that someone else may not do in theirs. This is a country that was built on freedom, whether we agree with some of the things that people are free to do or not. A $500 fine is ridiculous and it would surprise me if this even makes it any further.
