LAUDERHILL- Alexin Nelson Junior was found alone on the floor of his parents apartment surrounded by feces on Wednesday afternoon.

The toddler was surrounded by dog feces and filth all over the apartment.
This really angers me. I have never been able to understand how someone could be so cruel to a precious innocent child!
