Jennie didn't say if he picks Trish, she stated if he eventually married someone like her.
But isn't she right. Trish had absolutely no problem with having an affair with a married man. She carried absolutely no guilt. I understand that it takes two people to have an affair, but it's called a conscious and morals.
Not to sound like a total bee-atch, but Jennie did say that she was afraid that Jesse would pick someone based on who she thought would be good for him instead of following his own heart.
As for 'personality', if that means walking around the house talking down to the other girls acting like you are somehow better than them, they yes Trish has 'personality'.
