i am very sorry to hear about your loss.
during the regional conference, we had a workshop on breast cancer awareness and i was very shocked at how widespread it was.
i have never been much of a person to check on my own health. however, my mother has had two surgerys (forgive the spelling) to remove benign lumps in her chest.
she was not yet 40 at the time.
now that u have experienced this, you can help spread the word about breast cancer awareness.
do your monthly self-breast examination.
get your yearly mammograms if you are 35 (i think) or older.
this is very importance!!
if u have more info (or need to correct any information) then please share.
and once again i am truly sorry about your loss.
