It's not easy to stay unbiased. It's tough when you see great girls cut or get cut by your sorority, but I knew that just because AEPhi was right for me didn't mean it was right for everyone. Most of my girls were happy on bid day, and that's what matters.
I wanted to be a PX to help PNMs find their new sorority homes and to work with women in other sororities. It was a great experience that I highly recommend.
