Back on track
I am really making the effort to get back on track. I'm pretty sure I've put back on most if not all the weight I lost.
I'm tracking my points, and really trying to make better food choices.
I went to the gym on sunday and just did 45 minutes of cardio. I'm just going to work out slowly because qwe all know how much I hate going to the gym. I'm going to try and go again on friday for some more cardio and I have a hockey tournament saturday and sunday so I should get plenty of excercise in.
